What is the Gottman Method?
The Gottman Method is based on 40 years of evidence-based research at the University of Washington by Drs. John and Julie Gottman and the Gottman Institute. The Gottman Method assists couples in assessment of strengths through the Relationship Checkup and then works on those challenges.
